AstraDesk ships small and often. This page is the public record of what changed and when. Version numbers match the App Store build, www.astradesk.org, and the Windows releases on GitHub.

Security and trust changes

Changes that affect how your data or your clients’ signatures are protected are listed here first, and again in the version they shipped in.

Sept 2026 Signer email verification: senders can require a 6-digit code emailed to the recipient before the document opens. Codes expire in 10 minutes; the verified address is written into the audit trail. Recommended for NDAs and payment-linked agreements. Details: how signing links are protected.
Sept 2026 Signing links now expire and can be voided or regenerated by the sender. Recipients see a clear message if a link is no longer valid. Expiry and revocation are recorded in the audit trail.
Sept 2026 Optional account two-factor authentication (TOTP authenticator app) under Profile → Security.
Sept 2026 Public Data Processing Addendum, EU hosting region (eu-north-1, Stockholm), and an infrastructure security table published.

1.8.63 10 September 2026

Fixed: marking an invoice as unpaid could be reverted by a later Stripe payment sync. Paid state now only changes on a real payment event.
Shipped to App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac), web, and Windows.

How to read this page

Version numbers are the App Store build. Web and Windows track the same number within a day.
If a release changes anything in the Privacy Policy or DPA, that is called out under Security and trust changes and the document’s own “last updated” date moves.
