How you can verify the software

• Apple: Mac App Store listing AstraDesk (Apple ID 6783929265). Seller / provider: Niall Darby. Developer page: Niall Darby on the App Store. Sign in with Apple is supported.
• Windows: desktop builds are published as GitHub releases at ND1-Sdo/AstraDesk-Windows. Download only from that page or from astradesk.org/windows. This is not a Microsoft Store app. Windows SmartScreen may warn on a first download.
• Web: the workspace runs at www.astradesk.org with the same account.
• Payments: Apple In-App / App Store on Apple devices; Stripe checkout on web. AstraDesk does not take card numbers itself.

E-signatures

AstraDesk uses simple electronic signatures (SES). Recipients sign in a browser. They do not need an AstraDesk account. Completed documents include a timestamped audit trail of key signing actions, suitable for ordinary business records.

Some documents still need wet ink or a notary. Requirements vary by country — get professional advice when the document is high-stakes. More: e-signatures and trust.

Privacy and data

We do not sell invoices, contacts, or signature data. Account sync uses encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Optional AI drafts use Google Gemini only when you choose Draft Studio. Details: Trust & security and the Privacy Policy.
